Jennifer N. Insalaco, CPA

Jennifer views her progression to Partner as one of her most meaningful professional milestones—a goal she achieved through dedication, expertise, and steady leadership. She began her accounting career at a small firm after graduation, where she worked closely with smaller clients and gained hands-on experience in foundational accounting and bookkeeping services. As her ambitions and capabilities grew, she joined BS&P as a Senior Accountant and advanced to Partner by 2017.

Jennifer continued to focus on Tax work but expanded her expertise by working with Canadian clients and is now a respected leader within our cross-border tax practice. She is known for her ability to navigate complex tax matters and translate them into clear, practical guidance clients can easily understand. Jennifer’s approach is grounded in thoughtful listening and strategic insight. She takes time to understand each client’s goals, business needs, and personal circumstances, ensuring her advice is tailored, actionable, and aligned with what matters most to them. She brings that same intentional mentorship to our staff—asking the right questions, identifying growth opportunities, and helping team members build meaningful career paths.

Beyond the firm, Jennifer is deeply committed to her community, contributing her time and leadership to the Family Help Center and the University at Buffalo Accounting Council.
