Melissa has been with BS&P for 25 years and counting. Since graduating with her accounting degree, she has dedicated her entire career to the firm—an enduring commitment that reflects both her passion for the work and the strong relationships she has built with clients and teammates over the years. Beginning as a staff accountant, Melissa steadily advanced to Partner, a well-earned recognition of her leadership, expertise, and impact.

In addition to serving clients, Melissa is the Partner in Charge of Personnel, a role she embraces with genuine enthusiasm. A trusted mentor and advocate, she is known for her approachable, patient and thoughtful leadership style. Melissa is deeply committed to fostering a supportive environment, always making time to listen, guide and ensure the firm consistently delivers high-quality, timely work. She brings that same attentiveness to her client relationships, taking care to understand each organization’s unique needs and tailoring her guidance accordingly.

Melissa’s dedication extends beyond the office. Whether representing the firm at recruiting events, hosting workshops for women business owners, supporting industry conferences, or participating in community initiatives, she is a visible and engaged ambassador for BS&P. She leads by example, consistently showing up and going the extra mile.

Professionally, Melissa brings deep expertise in audit and assurance, where she spends the majority of her time advising clients. She also leads the firm’s Outsourced Accounting Services team.

When she’s not at BS&P, Melissa enjoys spending time with her daughter and finds balance by working outdoors around her home.
